Teacher Efficacy Coaching Cycles
We are driven by a growth mindset and the knowledge that big leaps come from many small strides. We work with teachers one-on-one and in small groups to develop focused and measurable goals to shift towards more student-centered, language-rich instruction. For example, we might monitor the percentage of the class engaged in academic dialogue to stimulate reflection about the opportunities and scaffolds provided for student discourse. Our follow up with teachers is immediate with reflective questioning and actionable instructional targets to guide each coaching cycle.
On-Site School Leadership Rounds
We want to help shift the entire culture of your campus or district by providing coaching for your instructional leadership team. We help create focused goals aligned to campus or district needs, and show instructional leaders both what to look for in the classroom, and how to support teachers in meeting those goals. Our On-Site School Leadership Rounds are also aimed at achieving measurable gains within the current school year, while also developing structures within the instructional program for long-term, sustainable growth in the years to come.
