Makenzie Williams started working part-time with Encompass Event Planners in 2017, supporting the team with administrative tasks and assisting Seidlitz Education with a variety of duties including increasing their presence as a vendor with school districts, preparing RFPs, finalizing district contracts, invoice follow-ups, along with executing marketing efforts and broadcasting upcoming trainings and events. Since transitioning to working directly for Seidlitz Education, she continues to serve in an administrative support role, contributing to ongoing projects and ensuring the smooth execution of behind-the-scenes operations that support the company’s mission.
Makenzie lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, their two children, and their dog, Pepper. In her free time, she enjoys family time, playing games, hiking in the forest, going on adventures, crafting and cooking.
