What it is:
Join us for the first Seidlitz Literacy Conference to hear from five dynamic Seidlitz Education authors who will each share literacy-focused instructional methods for serving Emergent Bilingual students in K-12 classrooms.
This unique, full-day conference offers participants the opportunity to learn from Nancy Motley, Valentina Gonzalez, Dr. Melinda Miller, Natalia Heckman, and Dr. Carol Salva as they share key ideas from their expertise to increase literacy practices that work for all students, but especially our Emergent Bilinguals. Whether this is your first time hearing from these speakers or you’ve heard them before, you will leave with new tools and insights, as well as practical and easy-to-implement strategies to use in your classrooms the next day. Most of all, you will leave feeling inspired!
